Our Interactive E-Training is convenient and flexible. Each topic is divided into separate sessions and delivered over multiple weeks. For a full understanding of each topic we recommend completing all topic sessions in order. However,our interactive E-training is flexible and select individual sessions to meet your needs. Further, in each session you will have the opportunity to interact with two experienced consultants to ensure you understand the material and how it can be adapted to your own programs and services.
Upcoming topics:
- 2.1 Program Evaluation & Development Series: This series provides a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to 1) develop a well-organized and structured program and 2) evaluate existing programs for the purposes of answering stakeholder questions, monitor activities and outcomes, redevelop and expand programs, or simply have a clearer understanding of what is going on.
- 2.2 Grant Writing and Program Planning Series: This series provides the tools required to develop a successful grant application. It begins by detailing how to identify which granting opportunities are the most appropriate for your program. From there it provides the tools necessary to understand and communicate a program or service to funding providers. Finally, this series will outline how to put the finishing touches on a proposal to make sure it stands out.
- 2.3 Collecting Information: Asking Questions & Survey Design Series: Drawn from our two-day training workshop, this series contains three sessions that cover the fundamental features of writing good questions and designing effective surveys. These sessions are valuable to those in the non-profit sector and anyone else who has to gather information.
